18kW Electric Tankless Water Heater
Enjoy continuous hot water without waiting for a storage tank to refill. The ThermoMate 18kW electric tankless water heater heats water only when needed, delivering up to 4.4 GPM for showers, bathroom sinks, kitchen sinks and other indoor residential applications.
Important Electrical Requirements
Before purchasing, confirm that your home’s main electrical panel has a total capacity of at least 150 amps. This 240V unit requires two dedicated 40-amp double-pole circuit breakers, two separate sets of 8 AWG copper wiring and standard 3/4-inch NPT water connections.
Installation by a licensed electrician and qualified plumber is recommended.
Instant and Continuous Hot Water
The on-demand heating system provides hot water as soon as water begins flowing, eliminating the standby heat loss and limited capacity associated with traditional tank-style water heaters.
With a maximum flow rate of up to 4.4 GPM, the unit may support multiple fixtures depending on the incoming water temperature, desired outlet temperature and individual fixture flow rates.
Intelligent Self-Modulating Control
The built-in self-modulating system monitors water flow and inlet temperature in real time, automatically adjusting power output to maintain a stable water temperature.
Use the touch control panel to set the outlet temperature from 80°F to 140°F. With up to 99% thermal efficiency, the heater uses energy only when hot water is needed.
Durable Cast Aluminum Heating System
The heavy-duty cast aluminum heating block features iron-chromium-aluminum alloy heating elements and an advanced water-and-electricity separation structure.
This durable construction helps reduce scale buildup, corrosion and wear while supporting reliable long-term performance.
Compact Wall-Mounted Design
Measuring only 13.15 inches wide, 17.09 inches high and 3.15 inches deep, this slim electric tankless water heater installs neatly on the wall without occupying valuable floor space.
It is ideal for small homes, apartments, bathrooms, utility closets, cabins, offices and other indoor spaces where a compact hot-water solution is needed.
ETL Listed Safety Protection
The ThermoMate 18kW water heater is ETL listed and designed to meet applicable UL 499 and CAN/CSA C22.2 safety standards.
Built-in protection features include leakage protection, over-temperature protection, dry-heating protection, surge protection and high-water-pressure protection. Each unit is factory tested before shipment for dependable operation.

For returns due to buyer's remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) we will deduct 20% of your total refund amount for the reason of the loss caused to us as a vendor, which means only 80% of your total refund will be sent back to your account. For a defective return, a full refund will be sent back to your account.
