For returns due to buyer's remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) we will deduct 20% of your total refund amount for the reason of the loss caused to us as a vendor, which means only 80% of your total refund will be sent back to your account. For a defective return, a full refund will be sent back to your account.

Easy install took less space works good
After old heater tear out and repiping, installation was easy.
After doing tons of research, I chose the CZ480NG for the 0.86 UEF efficiency. It’s been running for two months now and works flawlessly. Hot water comes instantly and doesn’t fluctuate. I also installed the condensate neutralizer kit as recommended – very easy to set up.
This heater is powerful but compact. It fits neatly on my basement wall and freed up a lot of space. I love that it shows real-time information on flow rate and flame status – feels high-tech and reliable. No more waiting for hot water, which is a blessing with two teenagers at home.
We have a family of five, and this tankless water heater has been a game changer. It easily handles two showers and the dishwasher running at the same time. I was skeptical about the condensing feature at first, but I can already see the difference in my gas bill. Excellent product!

Tank gets installed tomorrow. Replacing a State Select condensing 50 gal heater purchased in 2004. Will update this once nee unit is installed snd operational .

It started up immeadiately and gets the water hot quickly. VERY easy install. my only complaint is that if the water flow is lower than full blast, it will shut off... leaving you in the cold.
