ThermoMate (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty for all products purchased directly from the official ThermoMate website.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and begins on the original purchase date.

Warranty Coverage

ThermoMate warrants that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one (1) year.

During the warranty period, ThermoMate will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace the defective product or part

• Provide a refund (in special cases)

Replacement products or parts may be new or refurbished.

What Is Covered

What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or wiring

• Installation not performed according to the user manual or local codes

• Incorrect voltage or power supply

• Scale buildup, sediment, or hard-water damage

• Freezing damage

• Normal wear and cosmetic damage

• Misuse, abuse, negligence, or modification

• Commercial or industrial use

• Damage caused by fire, flood, or natural disasters

• Labor costs for removal or reinstallation

• Shipping costs unless approved by ThermoMate

Installation Requirement

Products must be installed according to ThermoMate instructions and applicable local electrical/plumbing codes.
Failure to follow installation guidelines may void this warranty.
