Seems to work great, we re-routed the gas lines to make it look clean and safer than the old set up. It takes about 23 seconds to get hot water which is about the same time it took with the old unit. The unit instantly ignites when you turn on the hot water side of your sink or shower.
The installation went smoothly. The simplest operation and an amazingly fast response. Our water temperature is 84 degrees here where we live in Hawaii. When a water valve is opened on the hot side of a faucet the pre set temperature drops out and the water temperature prior heat shows once the fan run clears any probable build up of propane the burner ignition to the 110 degrees set point only take less than 3 seconds to get full set temperature. It’s so amazing. With a previous o demand hot water heater we were taking only like warm showers. With this water heater we take a fantastic comfortable shower with full flow of water ! I can’t complement enough!! Thanks Aloha
Great
Works great!
Send me the venting I ordered and I might have some input on how good it is!
Works great
Haven’t hooked it up yet, but please use different freight company. Fed ex is unreliable in the Midwest. Glad I didn’t need it right away
Works great, crazy efficient and water always comes out hot. Couldn’t recommend more
The water heater arrived in a timely fashion, and in good condition. I installed it and had it running the next day, and it works great.
Great price
Works great. Had a tank heater before. This is so much more efficient and consistent.
I love my new tankless water heater . It looks great and takes up a little less room than my old Bosch tankless gives me more room for cleaning tools in the closet I am very satisfied with this product

Very easy to install..plug it in and ,boom, hotwater. Really enjoying it so far. Thanks guys
Unfortunately, I will be unable to install and use this product, but the appearance is solid and I'm sure that it would perform well.
This water heater is a game-changer! Provides hot water instantly, even with multiple fixtures running. Installation was straightforward, and the propane efficiency is excellent. Highly recommend for small homes or cabins.
Absolutely love this tankless propane heater! The hot water is instant, and we never run out even with multiple showers at the same time. Installation was straightforward, and it’s very efficient.
was super straight forward installation and works far easier than an old unit we replaced.
It works well and was easy to install. Only had minor issues with getting up to temp, but that is mostly due to my groundwater temperatures.
Everything came well packaged and in good condition. The unit I’m replacing froze during a cold snap and split the heat exchanger, so the freeze protection on the Thermomate is a big plus. I was skeptical about the cost of the exhaust kit until I unboxed it. Excellent design and construction, with sealing gaskets that were not present on my previous tankless heater. It’s a much better setup than my old unit. The valve kit is well designed, good quality and less expensive than I could source it locally. I haven’t installed the heater yet, will add more later.
it went in in about 5 minutes after i picked up the lines and parts I needed
Good
Went great put in my buddies house he loves it
I am very happy with the unit, I had a problem when installing it, but let was my problem and with carful rereading of manual it was correct and the unit works great, thank you
We received the propane tankless water heater, and our plumber installed it (in about an hour and a half into our small rental guest house. The only challenge we had was having to choose an appropriate one that would be efficient for him, with the right amount of 'galleons-per-minute'. We couldn't find a chart, so we just asked our computer about average requirements for one person. We must have done great with that because he is very happy with it. Thank You, from Andrea and Pete Von Sholly
Love how the water stays at the perfect temperature with no sudden hot or cold bursts.
I can use my kitchen sink and shower at the same time with no drop in water temperature. So much better than my old tank heater.
The built-in anti-freeze protection gives me peace of mind during the colder months. Solid investment!
Had a question during setup, and ThermoMate’s support team was super helpful. Highly recommend this brand!
We live in a rural area with propane heating, and this tankless unit has been the perfect solution. Super happy with my purchase!

The copper heat exchanger is a huge plus! The unit is well-made and feels very durable.
