For returns due to buyer's remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) we will deduct 20% of your total refund amount for the reason of the loss caused to us as a vendor, which means only 80% of your total refund will be sent back to your account. For a defective return, a full refund will be sent back to your account.

Seems to work great, we re-routed the gas lines to make it look clean and safer than the old set up. It takes about 23 seconds to get hot water which is about the same time it took with the old unit. The unit instantly ignites when you turn on the hot water side of your sink or shower.
The installation went smoothly. The simplest operation and an amazingly fast response. Our water temperature is 84 degrees here where we live in Hawaii. When a water valve is opened on the hot side of a faucet the pre set temperature drops out and the water temperature prior heat shows once the fan run clears any probable build up of propane the burner ignition to the 110 degrees set point only take less than 3 seconds to get full set temperature. It’s so amazing. With a previous o demand hot water heater we were taking only like warm showers. With this water heater we take a fantastic comfortable shower with full flow of water ! It works well and was easy to install. Only had minor issues with getting up to temp, but that is mostly due to my groundwater temperatures.
Everything came well packaged and in good condition. The unit I’m replacing froze during a cold snap and split the heat exchanger, so the freeze protection on the Thermomate is a big plus. I was skeptical about the cost of the exhaust kit until I unboxed it. Excellent design and construction, with sealing gaskets that were not present on my previous tankless heater. It’s a much better setup than my old unit. The valve kit is well designed, good quality and less expensive than I could source it locally. I haven’t installed the heater yet, will add more later.

We received the propane tankless water heater, and our plumber installed it (in about an hour and a half into our small rental guest house. The only challenge we had was having to choose an appropriate one that would be efficient for him, with the right amount of 'galleons-per-minute'. We couldn't find a chart, so we just asked our computer about average requirements for one person. We must have done great with that because he is very happy with it.
