Equipped with five original Italy SABAF burners, this 30-inch gas cooktop provides a total cooking power of 52,000 BTU. The burner configuration includes a 21,000 BTU center burner, one 10,500 BTU rapid burner, two 8,000 BTU burners, and one 4,500 BTU simmer burner, giving you flexible heat control for boiling, searing, frying, simmering, and everyday cooking.
Solid Copper Center Burner Base
The high-output 21,000 BTU center burner features a solid copper burner base. Copper offers excellent heat conductivity and corrosion resistance, helping the burner transfer heat efficiently while maintaining durability during regular use.
Ultra-Heavy Cast Iron Grates
Designed with thick, heavy-duty cast iron grates to provide stable support for cookware during cooking. The continuous grate design makes it easier to move pots and pans between burners, while the durable cast iron construction is suitable for frequent everyday use. The removable grates are dishwasher-safe for easier cleaning.
Automatic Re-Ignition
The built-in automatic re-ignition system detects when a burner flame is accidentally extinguished and automatically attempts to restore the flame. This helps maintain consistent cooking performance when the flame is affected by drafts or minor spills.
LED Backlit Control Knobs

Natural Gas & Propane Convertible
The cooktop is factory-configured for natural gas and includes an LPG conversion kit for propane installations. This dual-fuel design provides greater flexibility for different household gas connections. Gas conversion and installation should be completed according to the included instructions and applicable local codes.
Built-In Installation
Designed for drop-in installation into a kitchen countertop. The cooktop uses a 120V AC electrical connection for pulse ignition, automatic re-ignition, and LED knob illumination, and includes a 3.9 ft power cord.

Unfortunately for us, we do not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam or Canada, however if you do need to ship to these places, please kindly call us and the freight will be paid by you based on the specific address you can provide for us.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For returns due to buyer's remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) we will deduct 20% of your total refund amount for the reason of the loss caused to us as a vendor, which means only 80% of your total refund will be sent back to your account. For a defective return, a full refund will be sent back to your account.
