For returns due to buyer's remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) we will deduct 20% of your total refund amount for the reason of the loss caused to us as a vendor, which means only 80% of your total refund will be sent back to your account. For a defective return, a full refund will be sent back to your account.

I needed to replace a water heater that was running a kitchen sink and dishwasher. Whoever installed the previous one built a room around it. In order to remove the old one I would have had to remove the entire for jamb. With this tiny model, I was able to leave the door jamb as is, and have plenty of water for a dishwasher and occasional kitchen sink use. Great compact water heater. Very easy to set up.

Really happy so far. I have a vacation cabin that??s off grid and I didn??t want to get a propane tank and a gas water heater since everything runs on a 4000 watt 120volt inverter with solar. This was simple to install and gives us plenty of hot water for a 10-15 minute shower. I did set the temperature higher then what it came at which helped a lot.
