The ThermoMate 27kW Electric Tankless Water Heater delivers continuous, on-demand hot water without the bulky storage tank. Designed for 240V hardwired installation, this high-capacity unit is suitable for whole-house and multi-point residential applications when properly sized for the home’s inlet water temperature and simultaneous hot water demand.
Important Electrical Requirements
This 27kW electric tankless water heater requires 3 separate 40 Amp double-pole breakers, 3 sets of 8 AWG copper wire, and a 240V hardwired electrical connection. Before purchasing, have a licensed electrician confirm that your electrical panel, service capacity and wiring meet all applicable national and local electrical codes.
Continuous Hot Water—Up to 6.6 GPM
Enjoy hot water whenever you need it without waiting for a storage tank to recover. The unit delivers a maximum flow rate of up to 6.6 gallons per minute, making it suitable for multiple fixtures when properly sized.
Depending on the incoming water temperature, desired outlet temperature and fixture flow rates, the heater may support applications such as two low-flow showers and a sink at the same time. Actual hot water output will vary based on temperature rise and household demand.
Heavy-Duty Cast Aluminum Heating System
The durable cast aluminum heating block uses iron-chromium-aluminum alloy heating elements and an advanced water-and-electricity separation design. This structure helps reduce scale accumulation, corrosion and direct water contact with electrical heating components for dependable long-term performance.
Smart Self-Modulating Temperature Control
Intelligent self-modulating technology continuously monitors water flow and incoming water temperature, then adjusts power consumption based on actual demand. The outlet temperature can be adjusted from 80°F to 140°F using the responsive touch control.
With up to 99% thermal efficiency, the heater only uses energy while hot water is running, helping reduce unnecessary energy consumption and eliminate the standby heat loss associated with traditional tank water heaters.
Compact Wall-Mounted Design
Measuring only 13.15 inches wide, 17.09 inches high and 3.15 inches deep, the slim wall-mounted design saves valuable floor space. It is ideal for indoor residential installations in utility rooms, closets, apartments, small homes, cabins and other space-conscious applications.

For returns due to buyer's remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) we will deduct 20% of your total refund amount for the reason of the loss caused to us as a vendor, which means only 80% of your total refund will be sent back to your account. For a defective return, a full refund will be sent back to your account.
