I’ve installed a lot of on demand water heaters. Assuming this one works as well as it does throughout it’s lifespan as it did the moment I fired it up, then it’s an amazing piece of equipment! Set it to 115 degrees and the water temperature is perfectly stable. The fact that I was able to the same water heater closet where the tank water heater was before and used the same 3 inch vent size and 1/2” gas supply was awesome!
Easy installation
My husband removed our old 40 gallon hot water heater that was leaking. He installed our new tankless and we love it so far..we have instant hot water! We can't wait to see if our gas bill is cheaper!
At 1st the output temperature sensor was not connected, as seen in the picture. The support was great though. I can always get a live person on the phone and they will help as best they can. So far. So good.

Installed myself as I installed previous units in my house. Instructions are quite roundabout and the bit about the rubber rings on the gas inlet isn't clear or in the step in the process where you need to know about it. Gas seals are important....!

Very easy install. It works very well. Nice warm water. Extra space where we had a bulky water tank before and it helps keep the gas bill lower since it's not heating water unless we use it. I honestly love the on demand, I don't know why anyone would keep using a tank that heats or has to be on a timer. When you need hot water you have it. We're enjoying our on demand heater very much!
