For returns due to buyer's remorse (ie: Order by mistake, Does not fit, Change my mind, No longer needed, etc) we will deduct 20% of your total refund amount for the reason of the loss caused to us as a vendor, which means only 80% of your total refund will be sent back to your account. For a defective return, a full refund will be sent back to your account.

This patio heater is excellent! It really does heat up within seconds, and the warmth feels natural and comfortable. We installed it on our patio wall, and it covers the whole seating area without taking up any space. The remote and timer make it very convenient, and I like having both low and high settings to adjust as needed.
It feels safe and sturdy, and I don’t worry about it being outdoors thanks to the IP54 rating. Overall, it’s a high-quality heater that has made our outdoor space enjoyable even in colder weather. Highly recommended!
