I like the look is amazing for the price and the middle burner is so unique my mom love it
I realized I had not cooked in my oven in over two years! Sold the free standing oven and decided I really only needed two burners. I researched the BTU output of every burner on every cooktop I could find. I wanted stainless to install it in a restaurant style steel table. The large burner is over 9000 BTU... the most of any small cooktops as well as most large ones. The small burner is around 5000 BTU... the common BTUs for all burners this size. Both can sizzle butter in less than a minute. Instructions were worthless... hire the install unless you really know what you are doing.
The Thermomate stainless steel cook top with cast iron black burner grills was easy to install in our counter top with the enclosed cutout guide to use for fine-tuning the old cook top's cutout. The gas hookup is straight forward, with the included regulator. The European safety design with thermocouples to ensure the burners are lit is a pleasant feature to keep unwanted gas from escaping into the kitchen air. Momentarily holding the control knobs down is quickly learned.All-in-all, we feel it is an excellent product and for the price, and outstanding value that will add beauty and functionality to any kitchen using gas cook top technology.

Simply to install and ca.e with everything need to do the job. From removing the old cook top to cooking took 30 minutes 馃構.If I have one complaint it's that the plumbing tape they provided (white) does not met our building code.My wife loves it
Nice stovetop. Easy to install fit perfectly in the space we already had. Works well.The safety feature does take 2 or 3 times to get how it works and have the lighted flame stay on.
I got this for my overlanding converted Audi Q7. I wanted something which looked really nice since it's such a nice vehicle and I was very much drawn to the aesthetic of this stove top. I converted it to use propane on installation and built a slide-out system for it. I just finally had an opportunity to use it for the first time and I'm extremely impressed. It cooks nice and evenly. I used an infrared thermometer on a few places on my pan to check and the deviation was minimal. The only complaint is the ignition process isn't very convenient. Being an engineer, I gutted the system and redesign it so that it will never be an issue and since I was doing that anyway, I added some other digital features. I'm very happy with this!
This stovetop fit perfectly and was so easy to install. My wife said if she knew how easy it was she wouldn't have waited the 3 days for me to have days off to hook it up!
I just built a new house. The outdoor gas burners that the appliance place sent was the wrong item. I didn't have time to wait on them to rectify the issue, so I ordered this as it looked decent and would arrive the next day. It's perfect for the space, was easy to install, and works well. For around $200, if it quits in a year or two then I'll have my money's worth (over the $800 set that the appliance place tried to sell me). Despite the low price, the burners look good and function as expected.
got this a couple of days ago and the reviews were correct this is a great item that looks like it cost ten times the price. Came fast and everything was included. Very happy with quality and the grates are very thick metal so they are built to last and take a workout.

Major issue are the grates, they are two, not four, they are heavy and camber sum to manipulateduring cleaning.
I bought this to replace an older unit. I like that the igniter triggers by pushing down anywhere from high to low; you don't need to hold it in a certain position.Slowly replacing a number of older units. I installed a much more expensive unit last year; this stove was no different, quite easy to setup\install. Setup for Natural Gas, parts included to switch to Propane. (which I required)
Update #2: (6 months of use ) Still very satisfied with cooking performance but disappointed the dial markings are already rubbing off, even with very gentle cleaning. Update #1: I've used the cooktop a great deal more over the last couple of months and remain very satisfied. # I searched for a while to find a 30" gas cooktop with five burners for my kitchen renovation that placed the cooktop into a center island. In particular, I wanted one shallow enough to permit use of the top drawer of the base cabinet Also, I wanted a large center burner and continuous grate design that minimized the risk of tipping pots. I was not familiar with the Thermomate brand, but liked the look and specs of this model. I've had it installed now for about a month and love it. It lights quickly and the burners provide the power I need while operating smoothly. We did have to alter the back corner of the drawer as the gas connection interfered with the drawer closing at the very back, but a small cut-out solved it and did not sacrifice much drawer space. I highly recommend this model, it looks great and operates perfectly. I like it much better than my previous Ancona model purchased from Costco. The grate design is superior and it lights much faster.
We had to put a new stove top in for a tenant and it went right in with little adjustments and the tenant likes the look.
The ease of installation was very helpful and full functionability was a pleasant surprise.. We very much like the appearance in or kitchen. It a new learning experience cooking on gas vs our old electric but we are not having any problems learning and are so happy how fast it heats up.
This product is good value for money as compare to other brands. Easy to install and good safety features. We all family like it. Thx

Easy to install
This was definitely a step up from the stove top it replaced. I did not comment on easy to install because although the dimensions were correct to make the cut out the right size you still have to get a professional to install it but they didn鈥檛 take very long to do so.
I just enjoy cooking with gas. It is so much better and I personally believe quicker.

This cooktop was easy to install as they provided a cardboard templet for the counter cutout size.The cooktop came with the regulator and needed special fittings you will need.I like the way that the burner grates (3) nestle into the recessed impression of the base and easy to clean. No need for little rubber feet.The cooktop looks like it could have cost twice as much !!!!
Overall Satisfied for the price
This stove performs just as it shouldz was a great replacement for my 15 year old stove. The temp control, it has a safety device that requires you to keep the valve pushed in for about 3 seconds after lighting, otherwise it cuts the gas off. This stove would be great for someone with kids or elderly that you might be afraid will fool around with the stove. The wok burner in the middle puts out alot of flame too.....overall this was a good purchase.
