I really like the look of this product. It fit nearly perfectly in the existing 24” cabinet and the electrical connection was fairly easy, but you do need to hook in the pigtail supplied and wire it into your 220V line - it’s not a plug. It heated quickly to do the initial burn off of the surface oils. The controls are easy for me but not so much for my very elderly mom. They are a bit odd, particularly with the right timer/on knob that can turn the oven off when the timer dings. We won’t use that feature, just leave it in the on position and turn the oven on or off with the middle knob. She had a hard time turning the large knobs, but this shouldn’t be a problem for most. Her big complaint was that that there was only one baking rack supplied but two roasting pans she will never use. I’ve contacted the manufacturer about getting another rack. In the end she was able to turn the middle knob to “bake” and adjust the temp as needed. Great value for the money and nice clean modern looks.
Can’t wait to use the new oven in our rental unit!!! We appreciated the kind customer service and quick resolution to our issue - the issue was not related to the product. It's a gorgeous oven. Thank you to the seller and thermometer for your help keeping out project on time and on budget.

I had to replace a 27" oven; this unit fit in the same space and was simple to install; I just have to frame around the opeing to finish; the best thie oven shipped in great shape - they do a rterrific job protecting it in transit; the handles on the isdes makes it easay to move around ; very simple install with the supply power cable; it looks great, works great, and you can't beat the price. Awesome procuct from Thermomate; very happy with this oven

We were replacing a 56 year old oven and we were concerned we couldn't find a good replacement. This oven was just perfect. It was an easy install and looks great. We have used it several times already and it cooks nice and even. I'm looking forward to cooking my thanksgiving turkey in my new oven this year .

Power cable needed rear panel entrance instead of top entrance, otherwise install was easy. Simple to figure out and 3200 watts of burners cooks evenly. Better construction than the original 50 year old oven.
Cooks great, quiet in operation. Great glass door view with light to easily view your cooking. Has an easy swing down door to access your cooking. Nobs at top recess a nice touch especially for easy cleaning. Manufacturer overseas cooperates and assists with further information such as instructional videos to better understand the oven functions. Some limitations however the manufacturer is eager to improve and provide further resources. A great value for the product.
Size matters. Was delivered on time and without any problems.
